The C2 Light Hydrocarbon Gas Recovery Project is owned by Palayesh Parsian Sepehr, an energy industry group engaged in oil and gas extraction and refining. The Project is jointly undertaken by NFC and its partners Hampa Engineering and HEDCO, of which NFC is responsible for the basic and detailed design, equipment and material procurement, field civil construction and technical support, pre-commissioning and commissioning technology, training and project operation. It is located in Fars Province, including two sites: Mohr and Assaluyeh, which are connected by a 50-km pipeline.
